Whether you need a lift to the airport or just a quick ride across town, I’ve got the scoop on the most reliable and enjoyable taxi services right here. Buckle up, and let’s find your next ride!

Amigo Cab Company

Highlights
Poor customer service
Rude dispatcher
Denied service to disabled
Ignored urgent calls
Unreliable response times

Amigo Cab Company in Cary was quite the adventure, though not one I'd recommend to the faint-hearted. My encounter began with a promise of convenience that quickly unraveled. Not only did I experience less-than-stellar customer service, but the dispatcher appeared to be having a particularly hard day, embodying a rather rude demeanor. I couldn't help but feel a bit disheartened when my requests were met with indifference, especially after witnessing their alarming tendency to deny service to those in need, such as disabled passengers.

In a city bustling with life, I expected a reliable response time, but alas, my urgent calls seemed to vanish into a black hole of neglect. It left me pondering if "Amigo" was more of a distant friend than a reliable ally.

While I understand that every company can hit a rough patch, my experience makes me hesitate. If you fancy a leisurely drive without the anxiety of unanswered calls or harsh interactions, you might want to consider exploring other options in Cary. For me, Amigo sadly missed the mark, and it’s back to the drawing board for my next ride.

RDU taxi cab service

Highlights
Great outbound travel service
Unreliable airport pickup
Poor customer service experience
Delayed communication issues
Need for reliable alternatives

Review of RDU Taxi Cab Service in Cary

When I decided to try out RDU taxi cab service, I approached it with enthusiasm, but my ride was a mixed bag—an adventure, to say the least! The outbound travel service was commendable, and I appreciated the driver’s vibrant personality as we zipped through the streets of Cary. However, when it came to airport pickups, things took a turn for the worse. I found their reliability lacking, which is less than ideal when you're racing against time, right?

The customer service experience left something to be desired. I encountered communication issues that made scheduling a total hassle. Each attempt to get in touch felt like navigating a labyrinth. Combine that with a need for more dependable alternatives, and it was a lively rollercoaster ride—albeit one I wouldn’t want to ride again.

In conclusion, while RDU taxi cab service certainly has potential with its engaging drivers and solid outbound service, I would recommend keeping your options open. After all, a taxi ride should feel like a breeze, not a riddle wrapped in an enigma. Choose wisely!

RDU TAXI

Highlights
Unsafe driving experiences
Rude driver behavior
Aggressive driving reported
Poor etiquette on the road
Road rage incidents

Review of RDU TAXI in Cary

Recently, I had the chance to hop into the world of RDU TAXI here in Cary, and let me just say, it was quite an adventure—perhaps not the thrilling ride one hopes for. While I'm all for a little excitement, their penchant for unsafe driving left much to be desired. It felt like I was playing a real-life game of dodgeball, and I wasn’t exactly winning.

Moreover, I encountered a driver whose attitude was less than friendly. It's one thing to have a spirited driver; it's another to deal with rude behavior behind the wheel. Staring at the window with bated breath is not my idea of a pleasant taxi ride! Added to that were road rage incidents that seemed to paint the streets with an unwelcoming atmosphere.

In the end, RDU TAXI may offer a ride, but the experience left me feeling like I had more bumps in the road than a smooth journey. If you're looking for a fun and friendly taxi adventure, it might be wise to explore other options in Cary that focus on safety and a welcoming atmosphere. While RDU TAXI has potential, it’s currently more of a bumpy ride than a scenic tour.
