La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Raleigh Crabtree

La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Raleigh Crabtree
Highlights
Extremely rude front desk
Unclean and moldy rooms
Non-functional elevator
Not family-friendly
Poor customer service

La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Raleigh Crabtree Review

My recent stay at La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Raleigh Crabtree was a colorful adventure, to say the least! As I walked into the lobby, I was greeted by the front desk staff, whose enthusiasm was as apparent as a cloudy sky on a rainy day. Unfortunately, the service quickly devolved into an experience marred by their rather rude demeanor.

Once I managed to check into my room, the charm of the lobby faded as I discovered a space that was, well, less than delightful. The unclean and moldy rooms did little to inspire a cozy vibe. It seemed like more of an "escape room" than a haven for relaxation. And let's not even discuss the elevator, which decided that functioning was overrated.

While it did provide a roof over my head, I can't recommend this hotel for a family getaway—it's just not family-friendly. With poor customer service and various other letdowns, I realized I might have been better off camping in a tent than staying at this establishment. Truly, Raleigh has better gems to offer!
